Crayfish pasta!

I made this the other night and i won't lie it was delicious, it is so easy to make and super quick.

A lovely light meal to share with the family.




Crayfish (cooked)


Half a lemon

Fresh chives

Creme fraiche

Sun blushed tomatoes

Red pepper


Spring onions


Place tagliatelle in a pan of boiling water and simmer until cooked, while the pasta is cooking soften the chopped peppers in a pan. Add the tomatoes, spring onions and spinach in to the pan and stir until all heated, add pasta and crayfish and stir well. Squeeze the lemon in to the pan and stir so that the juice covers all the ingredients.


Serve in a nice big bowl and top with 1tbsp of creme fraiche and some thinly chopped up chives!
