Personal Training 12 months + We don’t just train new mums. We train all mums and women for that matter. It’s kinda our thing!



It’s similar to pramfit! in groups with other mums we follow a programme and work towards your goals! 


Strength, Fat-loss & Fitness is the name of the game with all the personal touches. It’s your journey and we have the skill set and expertise to guide you. So you get access to 2 or 3 sessions a week based on the time table below. Get in touch to find out so more information and find out if we will be a good fit. 


MONDAY 0600am, 0700am, 09:30am, 1110:0am, 1400pm& 1800am

TUESDAY 09:30am, 1030am & 1200pm

WEDNESDAY 0600am, 0700am ,09:30am, 1110:0am ,1400pm & 1800am

THURSDAY 09:30am & 1030am

FRIDAY 0600am,0700am 09:30am & 1110:0am 

Saturday 0945am

*Come to any and all for 64.99pm

**Children are welcome. Well maybe leave the children for the early morning.

Session are available early morning, mid-afternoon and evening! 


Then we discuss the 4th month based on how much you want to attend. Similar to Pramfit Pre & Postnatal just give us a 30-Day Notice if we are not a good fit.
