We have 2 solutions to get you fit and keep you connected with like-minded Mums, still under the expert guidance of our coaches. We have workouts you can do at home, either at your convenience via our training app, or combining the tailored online programming with Live training sessions via Zoom. This might mean that you are trying something new too which is fantastic.

Our online programmes are specifically designed for new & expecting mums (Train Heroic) and include videos and coaching points for movements written and filmed by our coaches.

Full Access PramFit Online
Join us and get access to our online classes, our online live yoga and our online programming for £24.99 per month.
Online programme is just £19.99 per month. The App not only contains expertly designed workouts, but also allows you to track your goals, and contains regularly updated workouts so that you will never get bored.
Our community is a fundamental part of Pramfit, so joining with us through either package will also give you access to our online socials and quizz nights.

Live sessions are all 1 hour, and babies, older children, Dads etc are welcome to join in if they want to.
*Yoga Flow - All levels welcome from beginner to advanced. Our flow classes will stretch you out, get you moving and chill you out. It will be powerful and gentle all in one session.
**Yoga Chill - Bring pillows, blankets, cushions, anything that will make you comfortable. Turn your phone off, turn the big light off and rest. This is a yin based practice designed to relax you while opening you up. A great way to end the week.
