Prenatal Yoga

Staying in shape during pregnancy is extremely important to most women, after all, you need to be able to run around after your little one when they arrive.  In addition to our tailored, specifically designed pre-natal group personal training, we also offer pre-natal yoga. Our yoga sessions will calm the mind, relax the body, and help to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy.  We provide safe, fun classes, designed for all levels of ability (even those who have never done yoga before). Our classes are suitable for mums-to-be at all stages of pregnancy.

Classes :

Friday 6:30- 7:30 pm - Relax and release

Unwind and relax from your busy week with our Yin style class. Using bolsters and blankets you will stretch our your body safely, and chill in poses that will ease areas of tightness, helping you feel better and sleep better.

Sunday 10.:15 am - Strengthen and tone

With a little more power than our Friday session, this hour focuses on safely building strength as well as calming the mind. Safe poses specifically tailored for mums-to-be to make you feel stronger. You will build on your fitness, while preparing your body for labour and beyond.

Getting back into shape after giving birth can be very daunting. You may be worried about what your body now do. Alongside our expertly created, and delivered post natal group personal training and fitness classes, we also offer specifically tailored yoga.


Pregnancy and birth take a huge toll on the body, and the added responsibility for another human, coupled with sleepless nights take a huge toll on the mind. Our post natal yoga classes are tailored to the specific needs of new mums. They are designed to give you back some 'you' time, while relaxing the body, calming the mind and having fun. Our classes are suitable for all postnatal mums, regardless of your yoga experience. These classes are a chance for you to claim back some much needed 'me' time, without baby.


Saturday 5:30 pm - Mindfulness Flow

A slow flowing class, that will take you out of your head, and set you up for the rest of your weekend. Building a strong yoga foundation, we will work on core strength as well as opening shoulders, hips and every other part of the body.

Sunday 9am - Power Hour

Yoga meets fitness in our Sunday flow. This is your chance to have a lot of fun with your yoga practice. See where you can go, with the support of our expert guidance.
