The relationship with fitness can be like any relationship, you will always have ups and downs.
When we first start out on the journey we might get thrown a workout including burpees, and come on we all hate burpees!!
But in time they get easier.
You will start to notice that after a few weeks of classes that you begin to find things a little less difficult and you might even look forward to a certain exercise. This means your body is getting stronger.
Once a month I will pull one of the previous workouts out of the hat and use that for the session, you will be surprised how different you feel this time round. Trust me when I say we all struggle at first but it does get easier, with me however if you ask me to run expect me to get grumpy still………..
