any here is a little workout you can do at home and all you need is a chair. now Anna used a bench but she had access to a gym while over in Portugal.
6 rounds with as little rest as possible.
8 Bulgarian split squat or split squat. (each side)
10 press ups (on chair)
Plank on tap (on chair, each side)
Enjoy and as always stretch before.
