Weekly Workout.
All you will need this week is yourself and your garden/stairs.
E1) Stair Run (run up / walk down)
E2) Press ups x10
5 rounds with a 60 seconds rest.
E1) Jumping Lunges 3x16
E2) Burpees 3x10
4 rounds with a 60 second rest.
E1) Plank to Pike 4x12
30 seconds rest.
